- Virtual meeting to discuss your family’s unique needs
- Post job and recruit candidate(s)
- Phone screen and virtual interviews with potential candidate(s)
- Verify employment history and speak with references
- Phone conversation to update you about potential candidate(s)
- Set up Initial meeting and trial for you and the candidate(s)
- Once you choose your nanny and they accept the position, a final background screen is completed
