How It Works

*There are no fees paid by the nanny to be considered for a position

Step 1

Send your resume and references to Joleigh@creatingconnectionsnannies.com to be considered for a position that you have seen posted or if you are looking for a new position

Step 2

We will respond and let you know if you qualify for the position or if we will be saving your information for a future opportunity.

Step 3

After checking your work history and qualifications with available positions we will contact you for a phone screening.

Step 4

After the phone screening we will set up a virtual meeting and call your references.

Step 5

Once we have met you and cleared your references we will be in touch with the family to set up a time for you to meet with them.

Step 6

After you and the family have met and are confident that it could be a fit we will set up a trial day (you will be paid).

Step 7

After you and the family agree that it is a match, we will check your background using

Step 8

Background check is clear and you are ready to be hired. Congratulations!
